In the heart of the Waldeck-Rousseau district, our student residence in Nantes offers a number of sober and contemporary style apartments perfectly adapted to student life.
Fully furnished, the T1 apartments in our Campus Rousseau residence are arranged for optimal use of their surface area. The bright living room includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a pleasant and functional work space with a desk and plenty of storage space. The night space is composed of a bed and a night table, and the shower room is also fully equipped with numerous storage spaces. The common spaces and the services of our residence complete the quality of life offered by each of our T1.
